Nebraska…just a flyover state filled with corn and cows right? Wrong! Nebraska is home to some of the nation’s best waterfowl hunting and one of the most unique places to chase late season mallards. Nebraska is also where Doug Steinke grew up and where he cut his teeth on waterfowl hunting and photography. Several years ago Doug got his first photo in DU Magazine and it was a spring board for him becoming a household name in the waterfowl photography world. “Freelancing” highlights Doug’s passion for being a freelance photographer and waterfowl hunter.
