What information does the Site capture about registered participants? WebEye may also disclose your Information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this Information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating WebEye’s Terms of Use or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) WebEye’s rights or property, other users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. We may disclose or access account information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it and for administrative and other purposes that we deem necessary to maintain, service, and improve our products and services. Merchants: Please note that there are places on the Site and within our Services where you can transmit credit card information in order to complete a purchase transaction or for verification purposes. After successful login, you are able to update, correct, or delete your business information with exception of email address and federal tax identification number which the Service uses to uniquely identify you and your company. How does the Company protect my financial-related information? Keeping your financial information private is vitally important to us. We comply with all applicable financial and information privacy and security laws. In addition, we require our customers and partners to comply. Information is encrypted utilizing 128-bit SSL security. This system has been utilized in some form in the defense industry and is hardened against known security threats. Additionally, the Service utilizes strong authentication and authorization controls. What security precautions are in place to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of my information? Your Login is password protected. You may edit your profile by logging into the Service using your user ID and password. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. The Company will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. Also remember to sign out of your account and close your browser window when you have finished your work. This is to ensure that others cannot access your business information and correspondence if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet cafe.
